Return Policy:
We know you will be happy with your merchandise,but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Ironworkshome for the correct return address. Items must be sent to the correct address that we will give you or we can not guarantee a refund. Refunds will be for the product price only, excluding any and all shipping and insurance fees, unless you received a damaged item.
If you receive a damaged item, we will replace the damaged item for you at no extra cost. Please notify Ironworkshome within 5 days of receiving the item.
You can only cancel your order prior to shipping or you will have to contact us after you receive your order and we will give you the address to return the item or items for a 15% restocking fee in addition to the freight charges. The request for returns must be received in 14 days.
